PREVIEW: Boys Don’t Cry at Firewater


Struggling to find something to do on Saturday night? Well look no further than the official Boys don’t cry night at firewater on the 7th of March. The whole night is in aid of Suicide awareness which gives you the chance to donate and help people who are struggling with these horrible thoughts or any sort of mental illness.

A great cause and a great night of music. You will see some of Scotland’s most exciting young artists and also some Scottish greats showcase their music.

Incredible acts such as Adam Frame, Holy Esque, Pleasure heads, Parliamo, Vlure, Capollos, Fauves, Black Cat Revue, Kirk Strachen and Bad Hombres, Will all display their amazing talents in aid of this cause. However, the main headliner is one you won’t want to miss. Glasvegas attend their first Glasgow gig since May and promise to play some acoustic classics.

The gig is to help raise suicide awareness and it will see all money go towards charity, SAMH Scotland. A magnificent cause and one that you can dance the night away until three AM.

A special mention goes out to Firewater DJ, David Ballantyne who is responsible for setting this night up and making sure it is all going towards a great charity.
