REVIEW: TV Set by Voodoos

Glasgow favourites, Voodoos are back with yet again another smashing single. The release of ‘TV Set’ has gone down brilliantly with their growing crowd and you can see why.

The tune takes on a superb digital sound with a great guitar harmony. The songs chorus is one that will be stuck in your head for the rest of isolation. Another massive music statement by Voodoos. ‘TV Set’ provides a sharp and cutting listen for the viewers, which seems to becoming a recurring theme for the band.

The group recently played an outstanding set supporting The Dunts at SWG3 back in March. However, prior to that, Voodoos sold-out the legendary King Tuts in just a day in December. The rise of Voodoos seems to be growing fast, and no wonder.

Voodoos had quite a few festivals lined up for the upcoming months. The Tenement TV festival should have been this month playing alongside the likes of Baby Strange, The Roly Mo, Spyres, Medicine Cabinet and many more. However, sadly it had to be cancelled due to COVID-19. The band still have another two-festivals that have yet to reschedule - The boys down south to play Newcastle’s Hit the north festival. The big one is TRNSMT playing alongside names such as Ian Brown and The Courtenners.

Voodoos are making big strides in the music scene, recording with 7WestMusic and now releasing another brand new single which will sort out your isolation listening. Listen to ‘TV Set’ via the link below.
