UNMISSABLE: King Tuts conquered by young Musician!

Updated: Mar 28, 2020

Young West-Lothian singer-songwriter, Adam Frame left the stage pretty warm for the main act this week. Growing band, The Lathums played to a sold-out crowd at the King Tuts after upgrading from original venue, The Garage.

Before the main attraction, Young artist, Adam Frame supported the band and what a way to leave the stage. As he started playing his own electrifying songs, more and more gathered around the tightly packed King Tuts stage. With a similar Arctic Monkeys musical vibe going on, you could see the crowd were massively taken into the tunes.

Adam Frame said: “The overall King Tuts experience was just brilliant. I couldn’t be more pleased on how things went and I’d like to thank everyone who came to my set.”

Adam Frame really played up the theme of an indie-rock stardue to his stage presence and his massive riffs and guitar solos, which was perfect for the venue and crowd. It was also refreshing to see such a young artist have the confidence to setsuch a big stage presence.

Adam Frame is born and bred in Livingston and belongs to a well-respected music scene with the likes of The Snuts, Mark Sharp and the bicycle thieves and of course Lewis Capaldi all coming from the surrounding West-Lothian areas.

Adam Frame claimed that West-Lothian have a “Very keen attitude towards the music scene” and it is definitely hard to argue with all the up and coming artists coming through with Adam being one of them.

Most would have seen Adam via twitter after years and years posting videos of his stunning guitar work and his raw vocals. However, where most people discovered the artist was through a video of him playing in a pub in Glasgow. What made the video that bit more special was the fact that the lead singer for popular band, DMA’s played with Adam.

He said: “I seen Tommy (Lead singer) walk past I didn’t really know if it was him or not, but when I finally realised it was, it felt class.

“To play a tune with him and then go for a drink and talk about music with them after my set was just an unreal experience.”

Adam Frame is definitely a name that we will be chanting in the near future, if you want to catch him at his next gig he will be supporting Shambolics at Saint Luke’s on the 14th of March.
